KIKIRIKI PITA

Hrskava korica i punjenje od kremastog kikirikija. Savršen spoj za uživanje uz popodnevnu kafu ili čaj

Vegan integralna kikiriki pita. kremasti nadev a korica hrskava, savrsen spoj!
Kora:
– 3 kašike samlevenog zrna lana pomešati sa 9 kašika vode, dodati
– 80g šećera šećerne trske
–  80ml biljnog ulja
– 1 kašičica pp
– 300g integralnog pšeničnog brašna

 

Zamesiti testo dodavajući malo po malo brašna. Razvući ga na pekpapiru, koji ste posuli brašnom, zatim ga sa papirom prebaciti u pleh (podmazan i posut brašnom). Testo utisnuti u pleh (uglavnom u obliku kruga veličine 28cm). Odseći višak testa, izbušiti ga viljuškom i peći u zagrejanoj rerni 25min na 180C.


Fil:
– 15 svežih urmi potopiti u vodu na pola sata, ocediti ih, staviti u blender, dodati
– 3 kašike kikiriki putera
– 1/3 šolje otopljenog kokosovog ulja
– 1/4 šolje zaslađivača (javor/ pirinač/agave)
– 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile
– ½ kašičice soli

 

Sve blendirati dok ne bude glatko pa dodati 200g ne suviše sitno iseckanog, neslanog kikirikija. Staviti preko prohlađene kore. Preliti sa 200g čokolade otopljene sa 2 kašike kokosovog ulja i 2 kašike agave sirupa.

Vegan wholegrain peanuts pie 


Crust:
– 3 tbsp of grounded flax seed mix with 9 tbs of water
– 80 g of sugar cane
– 80 ml of vegetable oil
– 1 tsp of baking p.

 

Knead dough by adding little bit of flour – 300g of whole wheat flour. 

Roll out the dough on baking paper (prevoiusly coated with flour), then transfer it with the paper turned upside down to the baking tray (oiled and floured). Press the dough on the tray, cut off any exces. Baking tray – 28cm diametar, round shape. 🥜 Prick pie crust with fork and bake in the preheated oven on 180C for 25min.

 

Pie filling:
– 15 dates soak in hot water for half an hour, drain, put in a blender, add
– 3 tbs peanut butter
– 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
– 1/4 cups of sweetener (maple / rice / agave)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Blend until smooth, add 200g not too finely chopped, unsalted peanuts. Put over chilled crust.

 

Pour over 200g of chocolate melted with 2 tsp of coconut oil and 2 tsp of agave syrup.
