80g semenki bundeve začiniti čilijem i agave sirupom, posoliti i preliti sa malo maslinovog ulja pa peći 10 min na 190C.
2 srednja batata iseći na kockice, začiniti slatkom paprikom, belim lukom u prahu, so, biber i maslinovo ulje, promešati i peći u zagrejanoj rerni 15min na 190C
Obariti 1 šolju bele kinoe, iseckati 1 crveni luk i pola ajsberg salate (možete koristiti i mladi spanać, lisnati kelj kao i zelenu salatu).
Dodati ispecene semenke i batat.
Za dresing umutiti sledeće sastojke:
– ½ šolje tahini paste
– 3 kašike limunovog soka
– 1 kašika agave sirupa
– So, biber po ukusu
– Razrediti vodom do zeljene gustine
Dresing preliti preko sastojaka salate i promešati.

Peel 2 medium sweet potatoes and dice them, spice up in sweet paprika, garlic powder , salt and pepper, olive oil. Bake in preheated oven 190C for 15 minutes.

Boil a cup of white quinoa, chop one red onion, chop an iceberg salad (as an alternative you can use baby spinach, lettuce or kale). Add baked pumpkin seed and sweet potato.

Dressing – blend the following ingredients:
– ½ cup of tahini paste
– 3 tbs of lemon juice
– 1 tbs of agave syrup
– Salt, pepper
– Dilute with water until desired consistency
