Ova osvezavajuca #sirovatorta brzo se pravi a potreban vam je samo blender pa je odlicna za letnje dane jer nema rerne!!!

Korica:
- 20 svezih urmi
- 100g kokosovog brasna (kod mene ostaci od pravljenja kokosovog mleka #stopfoodwaste )
- 50g ovsenih pahuljica
Blendirajte I ako treba ‘”tecnosti” dodajte malo kokosovog mleka. 😎
Za fil:
- 1 konzerva kokosovog mleka iz frizidera – odvadite samo tvrdi deo (ostatak popiti 😉)
- 200g potopljenog indijskog orascica na 4h minimum
- sok pola limuna
- tecnog zasladjivaca po ukusu (nekoliko kasika javorovog sirupa kod mene)
Sve u blender dok ne bude kremasto I smesu podeliti na 2.

U prvi deo dodala sam sveze ribizle #izmojebaste . Nisam blendirala.

Drugi deo
- sveze jagode
- 2 cveta lavande
- nekoliko listova mente (nana) sve iz moje baste
Sa lavandom nemojte preterivati, jer visak pokvari ukus, postane gorko, sasvim je dovoljno 2 cveta (oko 1 kasika sveze ili pola kasike suve). Sve izblendirati.

Svaki sloj moze na 10-15 u zamrzivac pre stavljanja sledeceg.

Tortu drzati u frizideru a pre posluzivanja moze na pola sata u zamrzivac. Naravno ukusu su na vama, od cokolade, kakaa, drugog voca, limuna, lajma ili drugog zacinskog bilja. Taman za izprobavanje do kraja leta 🌻😎

This is refreshing rawcake and it is made quickly, all you need is just a blender and no oven!!! Gift for the 🇺🇲 guests

Base:
- 20 dates
- 100g coconut flour (I had leftovers from making coconut stop food waste)
- 50g oatflakes

Blend and add some “liquids” if needed – some coconut milk.

Cream layer:
- 1 can of coconut milk from the fridge- take only hardened part, the liquid is to be drink😉
- 200g of soaked cashews (4h minimum)
- juice of half of lemon
- liquid sweetener if needed (i put 3 TBS of maple syrup).
Blend until creamy, divide in 2 parts.

First part – I added some redcurrants from my garden. Don’t blend just mix.

Second layer: add
- fresh strawberries
- 2 lavander flowers
- some fresh mint
and blend until creamy .
Don’t overuse lavander it will get bitter. 😎
Each layer can be placed onto the freezer for 10-15 Mon before spreading the next one.

Keep the cake in the fridge and some 15 min in the freezer before serving. Obviously, tastes are optional – you can use chocolate, lemon, lime other fruits, fresh herbs… you’ll find perfect combo…
