Opet ja sa tom cveklom, al šta cu… Em je sezona, em je zdrava em je volim u svim oblicima. Odlucila sam da napravim neku verziju kokos kuglica. A I kumi je lose gvožđe pa sam morala nešto da joj poklonim…

150g pečene cvekle
150g kokos brašna
2 kašike čia semenki
2 kašike kokosovog ulja
2 kašike kakaa
1dcl biljnog mleka (jos po potrebi)
6 urmi (prethodno potopljene u vruću vodu bar na pola sata i ocedjene pre upotrebe)
2 kašike tečnog zaslađivača
Cimet po ukusu

I naravno, sve u blender. Nista bez blendera 😁
P.s. ako vam je slabiji blender, prvo izblendirajte cveklu I urme!

It’s me and beetroot again… but I can’t help it! It in the season, it’s healthy and I love it any way! I decided to make a version of coconut bliss balls. And my maid of honour has very low level of iron in her blood and I had to make a gift for her 🤗…

150g roasted beetroot
150g dessicated coconut
2 tbs chia seeda
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs cocoa
1dcl plant based milk (add more if needed, if too dry)
6 big dates (soaked in warm water for at least half an hour and drained before usage)
2 tbs of liquid sweetener
Cinnamon

And, obviously, blend it 😁I can’t live without blender 😁
