  • 20 g suvog kvasca
  • 720 ml mlake vode

1.     Pomešajte brašno, so i kvasac u posudi u kojoj će vam testo narastati.

8.     Probaću i sa drugim vrstama brašna…. Javim! Ili javote vi ako ispobate!

hlebizrerne
  • 900 g of plain white flour
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 20 g of dry yeast
  • 720 ml of lukewarm water

1. Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl where your dough will prove.

2. Pour in water and stir everything well with a wooden spatula (briefly, until everything is combined) and you are left to put a transparent adhesive film over the pan  and allow at least 8h (up to 24h) to prove in a warm place (but not too warm! ).

3. After the dough is risen, turn on the oven at 250C and insert a pan with the lid to heat up (empty ).

4. Take the baking paper, sprinkle it well with flour and transfer the dough to it, letting it prove once again a little (be careful not to spread it over the sprinkled flour and over the paper as you wont be able to remove it).

5. Half an hour later, remove the pan from the oven and transfer the dough into a pan. You can go paperless, and if it’s stuck, you can put the dough with it. Cover the pan, put on the lid!!!

6. Insert as fast as you can into the oven, and reduce the temperature to 200C. Bake for c. 40 minutes, then put the lid off and let it bake for another 10 minutes to turn golden.

7. Serve. The crust is crunchy but not too hard and the bread is fragrant and delicious!

8. I will try the recipe with other types of flour …. To see how integral wheat, spelled, rye will behave … I’ll let you know! Or you let me know!
